How it all started...

Critical Care Nurse turned Functional Nutrition Coach

Big life changes make us rethink everything—our beliefs, routines, and even our purpose. For me, that moment came during COVID.

I had always believed that nutrition—one powerful element that nourishes and strengthens the body—is a key part of healing.


Working in the hospital, I saw firsthand that those struggling the most were people with metabolic disorders like Type 2 Diabetes. They kept coming back, trapped in a cycle of complications, following generic protocols and medication that never addressed the root cause. No one told them reversal was possible.
No one gave them hope.

At the same time, I recognized my own struggles—blood sugar dips, irritability, and relying on sugar for quick energy, especially during shift work. As a nurse, I should have known how to support my body, yet I still felt stuck.

That’s when everything clicked. I combined my medical experience with a deep dive into nutrition and blood sugar regulation. I realized that true health isn’t just about knowing what to do—it’s about

owning it. When we take control of our health, change becomes sustainable because health happens in the home.

Now, as a Type 2 Diabetes Reversal Coach, I help proactive women break free from cravings, reset their blood sugar, and take charge of their bodies—so they don’t end up in the same cycle I see in the hospital.
